Quality Assurance

Our 6-Step QC Protocol

Every order -- from 15 pieces to 15,000 -- passes through the same rigorous inspection process before international dispatch.

1
Raw Material Inspection

Incoming fabric rolls and inks are batch-tested for composition, weight, and chemical compliance before entering production.

2
Pre-Production Sample Approval

Production samples are reviewed against approved specifications, color proofs, and size charts before full-scale manufacturing begins.

3
In-Line Production Checks

QC supervisors conduct rolling inspections at each production stage -- cutting, sublimation printing, stitching, and assembly -- to catch defects early.

4
Dimensional & Measurement Audit

Random size sampling across all SKUs verifies dimensional accuracy within ±0.5cm tolerance against approved graded size specifications.

5
Colorfastness & Print Quality Test

Finished garments are tested for print adhesion, color vibrancy consistency, and wash fastness before packaging, ensuring Grade 4+ ISO 105 compliance.

6
100% Final Inspection & Dispatch

Every single unit is individually inspected before packing. A QC pass certificate accompanies every shipment, with photo documentation available on request.

Common Questions

Compliance FAQ

Can you provide certificates of origin for customs clearance?
Yes. We provide official Certificates of Origin (CO) issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) or the local Chamber of Commerce for all export orders. For China-Australia FTA (ChAFTA) eligible shipments, we also prepare preferential origin certificates to help reduce your import duty obligations.
Are your products REACH and OEKO-TEX certified?
Our fabrics and inks are sourced from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified suppliers, and all chemical inputs comply with EU REACH regulations. We can provide supplier certification documents and third-party test reports confirming compliance with restricted substance lists for your specific destination market.
What documentation do you provide for US Customs (CBP)?
For US-bound shipments, we prepare a complete documentation package: commercial invoice with accurate HTS code classification, packing list with detailed weight/dimension data, bill of lading or airway bill, and certificate of origin. We also provide all ISF 10+2 data fields required for pre-shipment filing with US CBP.
Do your jerseys meet children's product safety requirements?
Yes. Youth and children's sizes undergo additional safety screening. For US markets, we comply with CPSIA requirements including lead content limits and flammability standards. For EU markets, children's garments meet EN 14682 cord and drawstring safety requirements. Australian children's sportswear is produced per ACCC mandatory standards.
Can I receive test reports before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. Verified B2B buyers can request our standard fabric test report package -- including breathability (ISO 11092), colorfastness (ISO 105-C06), tensile strength (ISO 13934-1), and chemical safety reports -- before committing to an order. Contact our compliance team with your business registration details to access the documentation.
